9-11 week season consisting of minimum weekly practice and a weekend game, totaling between eight and ten games per season.

Teams are coached by parent volunteer coaches who are educated under the CE/LSC player development model and curriculum with support from on-site CE/LSC professional coaching staff.

Players are evaluated throughout the season and may be provided additional training and game opportunities when needed.

No league standings.

Matches and teams may be coed based on registration and age-appropriateness.

No punting to increase your player’s ability to receive the ball under pressure.

No heading for player safety and minimizing concussion.

Minimum play time 50%.

What equipment does my player need?

- For each practice and games, players need soccer specific shoes (cleats or turf shoes), a size 4 soccer ball (size 3 for U5/U6), shin guards (worn under the socks), and a water bottle.

Where do games take place?

- All games will take place at CE Blossom and STAR Complex.

Who coaches the teams?

- All teams are coached by parent volunteers with support from CE/LSC professional staff on-site. All coaches are KidSafe, HeadsUp/SafeSport certified.

Are there standings, scores, and league winners?

- As a purely developmental league, we do not keep standings, and no winners are announced at the end of the season.

Are there trophies / awards?

- Yes, end-of-season awards are provided at the end of the season in the last week of practice/games.

Is it possible to come into the Rec Program and play with a friend?

- Yes!
